The two reds and AOC wines are drawn from Carignan , Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault grapes. The "Vin de Pays" reds are a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carignan and Cinsault.

The Rosé wine is a blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault with a dominancy of directly-pressed Carignan while other grapes are "free run juices".

The white wine it is a blend of Grenache and Clairette grapes.

As for the rest of our range careful attention is put into vinification, bottling, labelling and ageing of these wines. For example we wait 48 after bottling to lay bottles . This allows corks to expand and therefore avoiding "corked" bottles or leakage.

We bottle, label and capsule our own wines. This enables us to, at all the stages, carefully control the quality of the wines and meet specific market demands and even personalize certain of our customer's requirements in terms of presentation.
