Respecting the soil
Very old vines, such as those found in our vineyards, require special attention and respect.

By yielding grape quantities and treatments, and by leaving natural herbage in every other vine row , we have reduced health problems among our vineyards.

Leaving natural herbage forces the vine's roots to grow deeper in search of water and mineral salts. This produces the growth of small grapes which in volume have more skin than pulp.

Since tannins and aromas are found on the skin, consequently the wines will be more complex.
